Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of cyberflight.studio and the booking process it provides. Cyberflight Studios LLC is operated by Cole Dorazio in Charlotte, NC.

Requests and confirmations

Submitting the booking form is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Every request is reviewed, and the date, time, and location are confirmed with you before the session is final. Services priced on the site are shown in US dollars; services requiring a custom quote are priced by proposal.

Payments

Payment is due before your session, and your date is held once payment is received. Cash on the day of the shoot is available only when arranged with me beforehand; every other booking is paid in advance.

Reschedules and cancellations

Plans change. This policy applies to every session booked through this site. If a specific service needs different terms, they will be stated on that service's page or in your confirmation. Time reserved for a session is time I can't offer anyone else, so the amount of notice determines what happens:

  • 48 hours or more before the session: full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
  • 24 to 48 hours before: one free reschedule; an outright cancellation keeps 50% of the session price.
  • Under 24 hours, a no-show, or a location that isn't ready when I arrive: payment applies to one reschedule within 30 days. A second occurrence forfeits it.
  • Weather: if conditions won't give us good light, I'll reach out to reschedule at no charge.

Reschedules are subject to availability; I'll offer the earliest open date that works for both of us.

Edited photos are delivered through an online gallery, and the link stays open for 60 days from delivery. Download your files during that window; it's the only period access is guaranteed. I keep archived copies for a while afterward, so if you need them later, ask. I can usually pull them back up, but I can't promise it indefinitely.

Usage rights

You receive a license to use the photos and video from your session for the purpose they were made for. For real estate sessions, that means marketing the property: MLS, your website, and social media, for as long as you're marketing that listing. For portrait sessions, that means personal use and sharing.

I keep the copyright to the images, and I may show selected work in my portfolio, on this website, and on social media. If you need images for print, a future listing, or another use, ask me and I'll extend the license.

Site availability

I work to keep the site available, but bookings are confirmed by exchange, not automatically. If the site or its scheduling tools are unavailable when you submit, your request is not lost. Contact me directly using the contact form at the bottom of the page, or email me at cole@cyberflight.studio, and I will take care of it.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time; the current version is always the one on this page. The terms in effect when you submit a booking are the ones that apply to that booking. These terms apply to the website and the booking process it provides; they do not replace or override the terms of any agreement or proposal provided for an individual session, which govern that session.
