Disclosure: If the home turns out larger than the tier you booked, you can upgrade to the matching package or receive the photos included in the tier you chose. Travel within 20 miles of Uptown Charlotte is included; beyond that, add $25 per 10 miles.

Before Your Session

We'll confirm the address and access beforehand, whether that's an agent, the owner, or a lockbox. Make sure to complete the prep list before I arrive to shoot, this is sent via email.

During Your Session

If there's a specific shot the listing needs, tell me before the shoot and I'll get it. Rooms should be clear of people and pets while I'm shooting, and the session moves fastest when the occupants are out.

After Your Session

Photos are edited and delivered as high-resolution JPEGs through an online gallery within 2–3 days. The link stays open for 60 days, so you have time to download what you need for the listing.
